LG MR9 Speaker System with 1250W Room-Filling Sound

The LG MR9 Speaker System delivers 1250W RMS of total sound output through a powerful 4.2-channel audio configuration.

Designed for immersive home entertainment, the system distributes audio through its integrated speaker units to deliver deep bass, clear vocals, and detailed sound.

Its powerful output makes it suitable for large living rooms and dedicated home entertainment spaces.

Key benefits include:

• Powerful 1250W RMS sound output
• Immersive 4.2-channel audio configuration
• Deep, impactful bass
• Clear dialogue and vocal reproduction
• Detailed music playback
• Powerful audio for movies and sports

The combination of high output power and dedicated bass drivers makes the LG MR9 an excellent choice for users looking to upgrade their television’s built-in sound.

Dual 6.5-Inch Subwoofers for Deep and Powerful Bass

One of the standout features of the LG MR9 is its dual 6.5-inch built-in subwoofers, designed to reproduce powerful low-frequency audio.

Bass plays an important role in making music, movies, and sporting events more engaging.

During action movies, the subwoofers help reproduce explosions, sound effects, and deep background audio. When listening to music, they provide a strong bass foundation that adds energy to every track.

Benefits of the dual-subwoofer system include:

• Deep low-frequency reproduction
• Stronger bass impact during music playback
• Enhanced movie sound effects
• Powerful audio for home entertainment
• Integrated bass without a separate subwoofer cabinet

With both subwoofers incorporated into the tower design, the LG MR9 provides powerful bass while helping reduce the number of separate speaker units needed in your room.

3-Inch Full-Range Drivers for Clear Audio Detail

The LG MR9 combines its dual subwoofers with 3-inch full-range speaker units that reproduce vocals, instruments, and other important audio details.

These drivers complement the low-frequency performance of the subwoofers, providing a balanced listening experience.

Whether you are watching dialogue-heavy movies, enjoying live music performances, or listening to podcasts, the full-range speakers help maintain vocal clarity.

This balanced combination of bass and full-range audio reproduction makes the LG MR9 suitable for a wide variety of entertainment content.

AI Sound Pro for Intelligent Audio Optimization

The LG MR9 Speaker System features AI Sound Pro, designed to optimize audio automatically according to the type of content being played.

Instead of requiring constant manual sound adjustments, AI Sound Pro analyses supported audio and applies an appropriate sound profile.

The system supports three main content categories:

• Voice: Enhances spoken dialogue and vocal presentation
• Music: Optimizes sound for songs and musical performances
• Cinema: Adjusts audio for an immersive movie experience

This intelligent audio technology is especially convenient when switching between movies, television programmes, sports, and music.

AI Sound Pro helps provide balanced sound while reducing the need to change settings for every listening session.

Bass Blast Mode for Powerful Low-Frequency Performance

The LG MR9 features Bass Blast Mode, designed to emphasize low-frequency sound.

When activated, this mode enhances bass performance to create a more energetic listening experience.

It is particularly useful for bass-heavy music genres, including Afrobeats, hip-hop, electronic dance music, and other tracks with prominent low frequencies.

Bass Blast also adds extra impact to compatible movie soundtracks and action scenes.

Combined with the dual 6.5-inch subwoofers, this feature allows users to enjoy a more pronounced bass experience whenever desired.

Football Mode for Immersive Sports Entertainment

The LG MR9 includes a dedicated Football Mode, designed to bring more excitement to live sporting events.

This feature widens the perceived soundstage and emphasizes the atmosphere of stadium crowds.

When watching football matches, Football Mode helps reproduce the energy of cheering supporters and other stadium sounds.

Whether you are watching a league match, international tournament, or another sporting event, the feature provides a more immersive audio experience.

Combined with the system’s powerful 1250W output, Football Mode makes the LG MR9 a compelling option for sports enthusiasts.

Bluetooth 5.0 for Wireless Music Streaming

The LG MR9 Speaker System features Bluetooth 5.0, allowing users to stream audio wirelessly from compatible devices.

You can connect a supported smartphone, tablet, television, or other Bluetooth-enabled device and enjoy music without a direct audio cable.

Bluetooth connectivity makes the speaker system convenient for different entertainment situations.

You can switch from watching television to listening to music playlists, podcasts, or other audio content.

This flexibility makes the LG MR9 useful for both everyday listening and special occasions.

HDMI ARC for Convenient TV Audio Integration

The LG MR9 includes two HDMI inputs and one HDMI output with Audio Return Channel (ARC).

HDMI ARC allows compatible televisions to transmit audio to the speaker system through an HDMI connection.

This simplifies the entertainment setup by reducing the need for additional audio cables.

The HDMI inputs also allow supported external devices to be connected through the speaker system.

Key connectivity benefits include:

• Two HDMI inputs for compatible external devices
• HDMI output with ARC
• Convenient television audio connection
• Simplified home entertainment setup
• Support for compatible 4K video sources

These features make the LG MR9 suitable for modern televisions and home entertainment equipment.

4K Video Passthrough and Dolby Vision Compatibility

The LG MR9 supports 4K video passthrough and Dolby Vision passthrough, allowing compatible video signals to pass through the speaker system to a connected television.

This is useful when connecting supported streaming devices, media players, or other video sources through its HDMI inputs.

The system allows compatible video content to reach the television while audio is handled by the speaker system.

Dolby Vision passthrough helps preserve compatible HDR video signals for display on a supported television.

These are video passthrough features rather than image-processing capabilities of the speakers themselves.

Optical, USB, AUX, and FM Radio Connectivity

Beyond Bluetooth and HDMI, the LG MR9 provides additional connectivity options for different entertainment sources.

The system supports optical digital audio input, USB playback, AUX input, and FM radio.

These connections offer flexibility when using different audio devices.

Available options include:

• Optical Audio: Connect compatible televisions and digital audio devices
• USB: Play supported audio files from compatible USB storage
• AUX: Connect devices through a 3.5mm audio connection
• FM Radio: Listen to available local radio stations
• Bluetooth: Stream audio wirelessly
• HDMI ARC: Connect compatible televisions

This range of inputs makes the LG MR9 a versatile home entertainment system.

LG XBOOM App for Personalized Audio Control

The LG MR9 Speaker System supports the LG XBOOM app, providing additional control over compatible audio features through a smartphone.

The application allows users to customize supported sound settings and access DJ effects.

This provides convenient options for adjusting audio playback according to personal preferences.

Whether you want to experiment with music effects or adjust sound settings, the XBOOM app makes the system more interactive.

Supported functionality may depend on the installed app version and connected device.

DJ Effects for Interactive Music Entertainment

The LG MR9 includes DJ-related functionality accessible through the compatible LG XBOOM app.

These features allow users to add supported effects and customize music playback for a more engaging experience.

The DJ controls can be useful when hosting gatherings, celebrations, or casual entertainment sessions at home.

Instead of relying entirely on preset audio settings, users can explore creative ways to personalize the sound.

This adds another entertainment dimension to the LG MR9 beyond ordinary music playback.

Modern Dual Tower Design for Your Living Room

The LG MR9 features a space-saving dual tower design that combines powerful audio with modern styling.

Its integrated subwoofers help simplify the overall speaker arrangement by removing the need for separate subwoofer cabinets.

The streamlined towers complement contemporary home entertainment spaces.

The design is suitable for:

• Spacious living rooms
• Dedicated television areas
• Home cinema installations
• Music entertainment spaces
• Family movie nights
• Sports viewing setups
